dude im bulking and i'm 6'1 230 around 11% and only eat 5000 cals and im packing weight like crazy, how can you lose weight on 5500 ?

ok i eat this much because of 2 reasons, 1 i'm 6'1 230lbs around 10-11% body fat can barely see my abs, 2 i did a two cycles of anvar and dbol which i don't recommend any one under 25 to do, i know...

ok all you really need is a diet check, post up what you eat on a normal day, let's see if there is any room for improvement.

cardio and diet will decrease your bodyfat, diet and rest will help you recover.

protein, multi and creatine is all you need.

you can't gain muscle that fast, you can gain about 2 pounds per month.
if you train and eat right you can be at 170 by next summer.
