i've been lifting on and off the last 2.5 years(college). With just protein and creatine. i've gained some fat in the last 6mnths so i've been doing a lot of cardio to burn it off. from around june...
i weigh 185 (-10fat) pounds
i'm currently considering creatine 20$ + Optimum 100% Whey 10lb(?) 80$+ noxplode 1.81 40$+ Lipo 6 30$ and so 170$ a month. is there any essential supplement i'm missing?

i had a lot of sleepness when i took like noxplode like 3 hrs before sleep does this lipo 6 or hyrdoxycut have the same effect ( like i shud skip the pill before sleep)
