Busted my ass cutting this week after shooting up from two cheat days and hit 199.0 this morning!
Just started taking C4 and I like it quite a bit. Feels like a natural energy as opposed to e chemical energy you get on the taurine and guarna filled stuff.
Love the Arnold press and shoulder press, also add in lateral raise and upright rows.
Still somewhat new here too, find a nice routine, watch form on YouTube or oths in the gym, ask questions, most guys lifting in the gym don't mind talking about it at all.
Cardio will help a ton, the calories sound decent for a guy your size but you really need to track your calories. Figure out what yes actually eating, is anything slipping through that urge not...
How in the world do you gain that much muscle in 3 months??? I need this info now!

Cottage cheese is great, 200 calories in 1 cup and slow digesting protein through the night.
