If you like flat, do flat, but it's not really needed if you do decline OR vice versa imo.

Haha that's every 45 in my gym, people get annoyed sometimes. It does get annoying setting it all up but it is badass. Bicycles are bicycle crunches which are imo the best oblique exercise.
