as for me i really havent gained any weight but i look a lil bigger and fuller so guess i lost body fats and gained muscle so we will see

ate like a house today conidering i weighed in at 229 and not 230 were i started i hope the weight gain kicks in...

Worked out my biceps and forearms today good pump but no change in weight what so ever i hope it kicks in for me
