Nahh it is pretty optimal for a clean bulk, 200-300 is also not as easy to track as 500.
First of all I would cut back on the sets for some of the exercises, aim for 3-4 working sets and as Meadey said do 3on1off as it's easier to handle (especially if you're a beginner).

No you won't. The only thing you might lose is a little bit waterweight.

I would do the same exercises but in a lower reprange.
6-8 for compounds
10-12 for iso
Carbs to high in my opinion and you don't need to eat over 3000 kcal at your height/ weight. You can probably make solid gains at 2500 kcal!
15-20 % is my guess, shot a few more pics with better lighting and I'll tell you more accurate.
