a package comes with the game, you can tell because itll look like this when if it was just a ship it would only show the actual ship with the hanger / insurance, the cheapest is the $30 digital...

not entirely how it works: everyone has the chance to get insurance for a reasonable price in game, the super expensive ships (see iridis-p/m) take weeks to months in game to make, so if yours is...

picked up the arbiter lti a lil while back (325a), would drop more money in to ships if i had em, but i'd rather buy em in game and have money to upgrade my hardware when the game is actually out....

from what i've read: no not at all, pvp, ganking, piracy, etc are all there
