Delided 3770k@5ghz@1.57V (Can go higher but don't wanna... this is daily).

The 7950s@1200mhz Core and 1550mhz Ram.

Is this a correct technique for building up deadlifting power?

Always started with a 135lbs for 5 reps then started ramping it up each time by 50lbs until I hit my max.

Been cutting for a whole year. Stalled for about 2 months in which nothing changed weight wise (Strength was going up though strangely on a 1900 cal diet). Said screwed it and bulked up a bit.

Squats are my juice going to the gym.

Go form until you get it right then go deep and fight for reps.

I had a system where I will do my last rep until I go past 8 reps... then I add 20 pounds...

Was going hardcore the the last months in the gym but had a standstill where nothing I did would let me go below the 99.5kg mark. Was going on a 2200 cal diet... dropped it to 1800...
