do 5x5 on all compounds and eat well if you want your strength to go up. just keep adding weight. maybe your progress stalled cos you've been doing the same workout since augest?
i'd say go 5x5 on compound movements(Squat , bench , press, row) and drop the upright rows. did you add upright rows to target your traps?
I guess so but if your diet and sleep is good you should recover in time.
if your just starting off its too much isolation exercises. Theres stickied program call ICF..
