    Right now, I’m on a 300 – 350 protein and 3500 calories a day… clean bulk. I weigh 140 – 145lbs.

    Today was chest day; I did 3 sets of flat/incline and flys 8 – 12 reps to fail and 1 – 2 min rest....

    359g is protein is just over 2g of protein per pound. Which some say is good some say you only need 1.5g. If I did follow 1.5g per pound i need at least 250. Am I wrong
