Should I also increase the weight for the lower body isolation lifts by 10 lbs per week and 5lbs per week for the upper body isolation lifts? Or does the rule only apply to compound lifts?

Ok thanks guys. I think I'll try out Fierce 5. ICF 5x5 does seem like too much volume. My primary goal is strength, but getting size is just a matter of eating a lot.
