I just finished my first cycle of Finaflex and wanted to give everyone some stats:

Beginning of cycle: 03/01/2010

Weight - 186.2 lbs
BF - 22.5%
Chest - 42.5 in
Arm - 15 in
Waist - 36.5 in...

I agree with the others....cut the cardio completely!!! EAT and then EAT and when you get done with that EAT!!! I was a hardgainer up until the past few years and then my metabolism slowed down...

Excellent advice....also try lowering the weight until you REALLY have the form down. I had to do this about two years ago. I had gotten away from proper form and was lifting too heavy...using too...

Personally I prefer NO Xplode....I have tried many and each has worked in it's own way but nothing touches NO Xplode.

How long ago did you start taking finaflex....and why did you take it for 5 weeks?

It's people like those guys who make me angry....because no good can come from them taking finaflex for 8 weeks. Then they (media and ignorant people) are going to blame it on the product or...

I have never had any trouble with ON products....and I don't care about price so I do use BSN....try different products and see what works for you...it may not work with others. I have contacted...

Congrats on doing research before taking just any supplement. I haven't as yet taken Finaflex...I do have it on hand, but just got done with elbow surgery and will be starting within the next few...

Back pumps are the most painful thing ever....I get them quite frequently. It is when your lower back feels like it is in knots....just take taurine and LOTS of water. That always seems to help me.

One quick question with regards to H-Drol....what manufacturer would you suggest...

I noticed that numerous times through this thread you have suggested a cycle of "h-drol" before using finaflex....any particular reason for this?

Any suggestions for "dry" joints and for the "pumps"? Thanks!!!!!

How did your cycle go? Any side effects...and what kind of PCT did you use???

This is not something anyone should take lightly....do your research and make sure you have a pct ready. I have three bottles and have been researching it for about 6 months....still not taking it...
