I don't think I am doing anymore PL comps this year. I want to start training for strongman, but they don't have anything over here in the Lansing area.

Thanks MrNismo! I have my back dug in a little bit and I experimented with different places where my head should be. Call it crazy, but when my head is flat on the bench, my traps and shoulders hurt...
