    when i say my diet is solid, i mean that i eat extremmly healthy. i watch everything i eat a good balance of carbs , protein and fats. i workout hard but i hate cardio.

    any one workouts 1am-3am or late night

    i find it the best time to workout, u can go from bench to bench with not having any worm ask you are u done with that.
