Im not sayin switch every week or two, in my opinion thats terrible. I'm more saying add an assortment. Add a lot of chest workouts and make it work for you. Just sayin I've nearly been to 4
If you want better bench do a variety of different chest workouts so you don't plateau. Agreed that dumbells are a great tool to get your chest jacked!
It depends on how serious you take school and your sport. You can sacrifice good grades or sacrifice sleep and have a really good time. Or have a pretty good time to do some kinda fun stuff.
