Personally would not recommend using it all. Being stored in the trunk of a car will expose it to the extremes in terms of temperatures and such.
I agree with this sentiment. There is no reason for you to deprive yourself from foods and then overeat because you did so. Calculate your macros and TDEE and then work the foods you want to have...

Honestly I recommend choosing 1 day a week to weigh yourself. It is much easier to judge your progress that way. On a daily base many, many things can make your weight fluctuate and make it hard to...

What are the expiries? If there past expiry and have been opened that long I would undoubtedly throw them out.
You do not need to consume carbs with it. A lot of people myself included either just throw mix it into there protein shakes.
I agree do not add the cardio in, it will make you overestimate your caloric needs as its already calculated into your TDEE (I also suggest using the moderately active multiplier)
The lactose intolerant folks must all have brittle bones.
