I love it! Fits my work/gym routine perfectly, I can eat bigger meals etc. I find it easy, some just cant fast that long... I always think its about what is easier for you and gets you the results...

I'm 22 years old, 165cm (5'4") and 70kg (154lbs). I started lifting late 2012 for the first time. At 20 I was quite overweight and Ive only become fit this year really.
My goal so far...
Well when I'm a big muscly guy I will get to have a 300 cal coffee..l instead of 40g of nuts.... Lol

Out of exercise action due to injured back. Was only going to be a short rest with some voltaren,however I have nowbeem implicated with cheat pains going for tests. Will hAveto see how...
I'm only on 300 cals a meal =\ 5 meals. Hmmm well cutting with carbs I was starving. I like keto so much. =)
Why did you go crazy trying to eat 6 meals a day? =)

I originally had chicken also but it was a minuscule amount, so I decided to cut it out and have more at dinner, and just have the veggies and pasta lunch.
Cravings are in the morning, about 9am...

I became SO bloated!! And cravings throu the roof!!!! Coming back...
Yeah I knew this for keto making you look leaner, but I was not expecting to be so bloated that my shirts are too tight and uncomfortable on a regular cut?
