Seems to have the opposite effect on me, i feel really mellow a lot of the time, ny nature i am normally very quick and rather bad tempered, ,my family prefer me this way.
Have a look around the net for "the ketogenic Diet" by Lyle McDonald, it's a very comprehensive manual for want of a better word, stacks of info, most backed up with studies.
First time on keto, before Christmas i only went 1 week and then carbed up, this time around i went for 15 days (just happened to work out that way), and i seem to be getting better results.
