hi guys, i have to say i haven't problems with thyroid function but i would like to give it a boost, as i read it's very beneficial for power and speed athletes...what supp do you suggest to achieve...

but i would also add 10-30yd SPRINTS (yeah, they can also improve vert) if your knee let you do them

dont' sprint everyday, sprinting is one of the hardest training for your neuro-muscolar system..as for rest between sprints i do:
-good warm-up, your muscles and joints must be ready for the sprints...
so you think i should go with higher percentages (85%)?
in the schedule i posted i would add 4% every week in the exercises with the % (squat,bench,deads)

if you workout in the gym twice a week, I would do:
DAY1
-squat
-bench
-pull-ups
-reverse hyper
DAY2
-deadlifts
-push-press or military press
first week of september i will start football preparation for the season...on summer i have worked on power and speed with sprints, plyo's, agility and in the gym with the 3 big lifts...
ok...so it's better to run one at the full dose, i thought that at half of a dose i could benefit from both...thanks, i'll run one and save the other for later on...
from research i did that's the best PW combo for improving power, explosiveness, energy and mind-muscle connection: i was thinking 1 scoop WF and 1 scoop jack3d, would it be good? PS: i have already...
