I think it would be helpful for you to put up your whole diet so we can help you out better. You really need to add some good fats such as olive oil, cashews, almonds, so on.

2) ON 100% whey protein

4) more meat (beef, chicken, fish)

Caffiene in moderate dosage has health benefits and it is the main product is pre-workout formulas. Now as with anything too much can be harmful but
that goes for pretty much anything.

The best time of day to workout is when you feel the strongest :) some are better in the morning, myself I am strongest at about 6 or 7 pm.

Your natural test levels are likely at it's peak right now so I would hold off for a couple of years.

Take both and most NO products contain caffiene which is a plus pre-workout as well!
