thats the best or front squat
just alter intensity/volume
either 5/3/1 BBB
or what i'm doing is juggernaut which is 10x5 or 10x3 with high volume accessory work
1. you need to do more research on nutrition then come back
2. Idk why i numbered these just do that
I just make random post and forget to read/reply. Probably just an off day or stress tho. Date went okay, really sweet and innocent girl and she's only 20 which is the young girl I've gone out with...
Another vote for cissus
Another date tomorrow... Hopefully this one ends better than my past few... If it doesn't I'll just get a bunch of dogs
for "lean" protein dymatize iso100 and optimum nutrition gold standard are good. Axis Labs just released our protein and the french toast flavor is the shizz
most companies have cracked down on that as far as I know, Axis labs just released our protein and the french toast and smores flavors are awesome
basically what everyone else said, proper preperation prevents poor performance
send random gifts and put small stuff in the box, because I told her one day she'll piss me off and it'll be full of roaches
make her mad then tell her I can't understand her cause of her accent...
sawyou guys posting 1.5mile times, slow as hell compared to you guys but being sub 300lbs and barely getting into it i'm proud of the improvement
it's a gimmick, same thing as ^ that, but if you're preping for a comp go for it but the results are 100% temporary if they even noticed
No and no
That is way too much volume especially for a beginner
I'd give body octane or hemodraulix a try
this, if you're seeing the results you want why does the scale matter?
weight gain or loss for the most part is due to nutrition, if you werent intending to gain that much weight i'd look up some stickies in the nutrition section
interesting that's a smart way to go about it I guess
bored at home on a sat night on the femmisc, what are you fasting for?
1. yes it is but I don't even do 1.4, so I wouldn't recommend it to a client for several reasons
2. higher protein isn't always better
