What do you mean by empty stomach? Am I supposed to take it on empty stomach? That would be quite difficult because before my workout I always eat.

Ok, yesterday I had cheast and biceps and the workout was crazy...today I still feel that my arms are pumped and I only took hemavol before workout. Tomorrow I will take both (fierce and hemavol)...

So it will be ineffective if I take it only in the morning? As i did today :)

Hmmm...the label says "in the morning or/and before training"...so I train after 7 p.m. and thought to split them...now I see maybe it was not the best idea...

BTW, is it ok to take fierce only in the morning...you know i dont want to be full of water before training (fierce + hemavol), so I will take only hemavol before training....Is there something I...

And what about the loading phase? Many people believe in the loading ans take even 20-30 gramms per day

Of course they will reach the kidneys, but with mono you take a higher amount, so I assume kidneys have to deal with this hogher amount. On the other hand, you take only 4 or 5 gramms of modern forms...

Is this proven or it is our oppinion? Well, some years ago creatine ethyl ester was advertised as the most effective form of creatine, now its the nitrates, malates etc....is it just a scam?

I dont say mono is dangerous....but are modern forms of creatine more effective? Can our body process them better? Im pointing to creatinine, break-dpwn product of the creatine and the possible...

I mean, are for example malate or notrate forms of creatine safer for our organism (especially kidneys) than the monohydrate? I think the modern forms should be safer and more efficient for our body...

Tomorrow Im starting the HEMAVOL/FIERCE stack. I will take one scoop of FIERCE in the morning and one scoop of HEMAVOL 30 minutes before training. I train 3 times a week (from 7 p.m.) so I will take...

Leucine? The amino acid? OK, but do you think I can further use this protein?

Ok, the photo might be bad but at least you can see those clumps...and i think that is not good, anyway I have to finish the bottle, it was too expensive :)
