yeh i know i didnt wana take a break just some family **** had to take care of but now im back on track

hey everyone i just want you all to gimme some pros n cons here just started lifting and the first two pics in order are one months progress after that i took one months break then started up again...

yeh ima post some pics tonite of me now but yeh i kno eat... i been eating around 4500-5000 calories a day for about 2 months now..
