    You need to know how to pose better from behind. You have the glute and ham conditioning, but in most of the shots, you're lower back looked soft.

    I had TONS of pain getting back into it after a 10 yr lay off - it was due to a spinal misalignment, and extremely tight muscles.

    Foam rolling helped me a lot.
