So for now I stick with the herbal stuff and hope that it would to the trick...plus I see many ppl go for DAA without AI or Serm so...

I agree on my bad habbits, but let me deal and manage them on my self. Thanks for being concerned though, I am fully aware of how bad they are and how would affect my workouts and life in general....
