I would suggest adding 2 tbls of olive oil to your milk/protein shake, your fat intake is the only thing that seems a little low to me compared to your other macros and you probably won't even notice...
1 cup dry oatmeal - Cook it before adding the ingredients, but measure it dry.
2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp wheat germ
about 1/4 cup of milk...
Damn. Awesome progress bro. You made better gains in 1 year of lifting than I have made in nearly 3 years of lifting and still stayed incredibly lean. What are your lifting stats and nice ink btw.
Yeah just bring it in a cooler and put some ice packs in there with it and it should stay cold all day. That's what I do every day for work and it works great. Then you just refreeze the ice packs...
I don't see what would be wrong with that, especially at your age. I drink 9 cups of 2% milk everyday. 3 with breakfast, 3 with pre-workout meal, and 3 with post-workout shake.
