This. I haven't done it myself but I just take it to an upholstery shop near my house and show him what to do. Its really easy and takes all of 5 minutes.

If you're a "do each lift once a week" type lifter 5-7 is probably beneficial.
If you're a "do each lift multiple times per week" type lifter 5-7 is probably too...
