I do both part of my diet coming up. Muscle Milk isn't even expensive....1 tub last the whole month because i only use half scoops. 16g of protein 8 with the skim milk and then 12 from the cottage...

im sure you lose a big amount of nutrients doing that

Im sure most of you are quite familiar with the answer. How many grams of protein is so many oz of chicken. 6oz of tuna is 32g of protein... what about chicken? turkey? beef? pork? ect
