I basically go to the gym as soon as i get up, so would 2 scoops pre and 2 scoops post workout, then 1 scoop later in the day be cool? thanks for the reply btw ;)

i just got whey protein, do i take it in the evening before sleep and after i workout? And on my rest days what do i do? Just take 1 shake?
