well you are obviously doingit wrong cos it worked for me... although they wear out easily so you have to keep buying new ones!

no mate, they are balls with a gyro inside and they spin upto 30,000 revs, creating a massive force which you have to keepholding onto... therefore strengthening your forearms... no need for size...

Has anyone heard of it or used one? I highly recomend them for grip strength, and forearm strength... especially for skinny people such as myself !
