Good amount of weight moved today! Those drop sets look tough!
What's up! It's going pretty good, but I'm working 16 hours every other day. Get to bed after 7 am and have to be at work at 1:30 pm. Still training 5 days a week. I'll check that out!

The banana Cream is very good. Going to be a tough decision on which one to go with on my order in a few weeks. I also tried the Ultramet pre-training and that tasted even better.

Yeah. It usually depends on what time you order and if they have the supplements in that specific warehouse. Soemtimes it takes 3 days if they have to send the stuff from the West Coast.

Strong training all around the past few days Lonnie!! Those HS ISO Rows are looking strong. I only managed 6 reps with 340lbs the other day. Impressive!
