drinking lots of water does get rid of vitamins but not that much its way healthier to drink more water
both are mostly monosaturated fats, but i would go with the avocado because they have alot of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and a little protein
vitamin water is soda with a multi vitamin thrown in
if you live by yourself just dont buy bad foods
the kirkland organic pb i buy has no added oil just peanuts and salt. but ya its good stuff

saturated fats are good for you. polyunsaturated fats are what you want to limit in your diet, but poly are still necessary to eat to fulfill your omega 6 to 3 ratio
you would probaly get liver problems fast
am i suppose to add weight every day or every week. because i dont think i could add 10lbs to my squat every workout.

it was probaly the moega 3 fats u were eating. omega 3 fats help acne.
whats makes it right to eat a cow and wrong to eat a horse. there still both living animals.
thats weird usually flax seed has just as many carbs as fiber. for example my flax seed has 4 carbs and 4 fiber.
dracoy it would be better if all your meals were eaten with equal calories but one slightly bigger meal shouldnt harm you too much
i dont eat carbs except for the ones that come from my cc and nuts, which is all i eat for my bedtime meal
cholesterol creates testosterone so eat it
