Fine! I've always squatted 3-4x so it's not a big deal. Maybe also because nothing's heavy yet :)

yea I usually hang out at 145-150 but dieted down to 138s (weighed in at 132) for Raw Nationals and since then went back up to 150s and now back down for figure prep.
lol, my weight has dropped 9lbs in less than 3 weeks.

I thought about it, but since I had to coach for Eric and I was coaching another one of my girls...
Honestly I think it's too early to tell but what I have noticed so far is that I do feel like I have less energy, BUT I'm not hungry which is nice.
Ha yea, I've dropped 7lbs already. I was pretty bloated and eating really high carb prior to starting and now I am higher fat and lower carb so I am sure that's making a big difference on the scale.
