I hate all of those feelings from legend pro, thankfully 1MR does not do that to you. The energy on 1MR was awesome, not much in the way of pumps but nothing some carbs or a pump product can't fix.

I had the opportunity to beta test the new 1MR and loved it. At 1 scoop it is very strong and the choline is a great addition.
