A good quote from someone much wiser than me ;)
I injured my shoulder last year and in my research decided to switch to reverse grip(underhand grip) bench press for a bit. It is much easier on the shoulders and in the end I could move as much...
Congrats on getting through to the next round. There were a lot of big names that didn't make it as far as you did... hope to see your run in the city finals.
I must say... those rolling logs freak me out more than any other obstacle. It looks like an injury waiting to happen.
I watched the first 2 episodes... it looks like Oklahoma is June 20th. I am guessing that is your air date?
The second course looked much harder than the first one.
Atlas lifts look interesting. That prowler work kills me just reading it ;)
I like it
I haven't logged in for a long time... but saw these posts and wanted to say congrats and I will be watching for sure. Best of luck.

I haven't been on the forum in a while... just dropped in to see how things were going and noticed the "4 weeks since the pulmonary embolism" ... glad you are ok and training again.
Travel delays suck... Hopefully the skiing will be good a least ;)
Looking good CM. Love the new vids.... cool stuff.
Your shoulder width is excellent... gives you a great athletic V taper.

My training is going well... for the better part of the year I was only training lower body with weights... and...
Seems like a solid goal for the new year. I hope all is well.

I just tweaked mine doing handstand pushups... felt a slow...
Squats look great. Definitely plenty of depth.
lol.. I was thinking the same thing.
It looks to me already... I would imagine just kicking up to the handstand would be difficult enough with the uneven surfaces.
Your strength to weight ratio is excellent. One of the true measures of athletic performance.
I love that gym... I wish we had something even remotely that good.
How is the shoulder...
hahaa... the only guy with his shirt off in the picture Don't blame you ;)
Where you still around 172 in that pic? Interested to see you in the 180's and 10 percent.
Glad the training is...
So to start the post we have 'fantasy themes' and we finish with 'punishment benching' ... hmmm
Not sure what is going on in here lol
Glad your up over 4pps again on deads.
Nice pull. The last three words in that post are the best though... glad that shoulder is feeling good.
