    Before the 1700, 40/40/20 I did have my fats up around that and had good progress....what would be the benefit in changing the fats again now?

  • Miraculously lost some lbs...and here comes the ,but'

    So, I've lost weight by upping my cals to around 1700 per day and following Lee Labradas plan (dropping from around 126>122 in 3 weeks)...I can see a difference but feel I can still pinch as much fat...
