my dextrose come the other day but hasnt got a scoop so just using my 22g serving protein scoop i normally have about 1 and a half scoops protein and around 3 scoops of dextrose in milk !!!
my dextrose come 2dy without a scoop will it be alreet to use my 22 gram scoop from my protein and add 3 scoops off dextrose which will make 66 grams to my protein shake
lads at the min i been doing a 3 day split ur normal chets tris back bis etc !!
but i have a car now and wanna hit the gym 2 days on 1 rest 2 days on 1 rest etc !!! i feel i will be able to handle...
i have a freind that talks like that so i took him the gym , they struggle on every exercise cause their body aint useto it and do 4 sets and there done !!!!
