Well yeah I'd argue guys that are going to have their life taken by the state deserve appeals. Doubt has been cast on previous death sentences.

So many people not reading the article. The guy did not rape a baby. His crime is irrelevant though, it's the legitimacy of executions and how they are handled.

It's not about feeling bad for him. It's about whether it's right or wrong to carry out executions this way.
