I also dont do any cardio cuz im kinda time restricted sometimes, but if i do have time i would like to do cardio to get my stupid appetite up and to keep cardiovascular...

Hey guys, i was completely out of time and **** came up so i needed a quick meal, so i grabbed a 6 inch whole wheat bread from subway with lots of lettuce and tomatoes.
IMO its all about how active you are,
if you are still active on ur off days, just eat the same amount of cals with the same ratio's . If ur just sittin around on ur ass, i'd suggest just dropping...

when using dex and/or malt u need it to be highly diluted, whats ur dilution % in ur drink? (divide the total grams by water)
its hard NOT to get that much protein cuz i eat 8 meals a day and i get usually about 20 grams of complete protein and about 10 from my rice/oats/ blah blah lol. but ill add more carbs when it comes...
With my past experiences with ON whey i would say neither, i think ON is overrated....and the reason is it is so cheap is because of their ****ty quality.
I used to think ON was my protein staple...
i used to think i had a big appetite, but i actually get really full on 2650 calories lol. But maybe ill reach 4500 on a big cheat, last day of my bulk maybe, ill try to eat like 4500 clean calories...
i really appreciate it man, man now i gotta refigure my off days hahha. thats a lot of friggen protein to fit in my off days cuz on my training days i have a pre shake and a post shake, damn protein...
