Hey guys! I decided it's time to start cutting. I'm currently on a 300-400 calorie surplus (eating 7-8 times/day, consuming around 3400-3500 cals). I'm planning to be on around 500 cals/day deficit....
Not sure really how much it would take to cut down to 8% ... really depends on the individual, diet, cardio, etc ... And as mentioned before, don't worry about adding some body fat while bulking!
