Nobody is saying do a 3 second negative here.
Just unlock your hips and keep your hands on the bar. Don't let it free fall. I deadlifted in a ymca for several years and they don't let people...
I'll try that. Someone gave me one for Christmas lol.
Well I tried this but it seems to only work with select apps. Doesn't seem to work with QuickTime.
And I can't upload to YouTube (it just wouldn't be cool - too much to type).
Thanks guys - I'm going to try the stuff suggested.
Plus I'm going to go on my ps4 and see if I can ust bring up my email on the ps4 and do it that way.
How would I get a QuickTime movie link/file from my iphone 5 to play on my tv?
I have a ps4, a roku and a Chromecast I could use if any are a possibility.
Seems dumb to me. If it's working for people, more power to them. But I don't think many average people will make it through a program like that...
I didn't look at the program until you said that, but after looking at it... Deadlifting heavy 2x a week? After squatting? And in a linear fashion? Lol.
Good luck with that in week 5 or so.
I know who this idiot is because I came across his videos a while back.
How could anybody who actually knows who this utter and complete moron is, still consider doing anything he recommends?
Yeah 10-15 of that is water.
Strongman training isn't domething I know a whole lot about. 531 is though.
Either way, that's a LOT of volume. Id say half of that assistance work would be more appropriate probably. Maybe 2 sets...
