I swear the very day I started drinking whey shakes I got bad gas! My bf did too. I quit drinking the shakes for other reasons but the gas is gone now so I dont stink up the house anymore.

I had a friend who ate less than that....she found herself in and out of hospitals for most her teen years. Thankfully she managed to get healthy before it was too late.

Are you able to get a gym membership at all? Have you checked local community centers they sometimes have gyms and are also cheap to use. Dumbbells alone are not going to get you where you want to...

Dont eat breads or grains then, veggies have carbs eat those instead. Google "low GI foods". You want to avoid foods that cause insulin spikes unless it is after your workout.
