This is for my senior project, im going to design and workout and diet regiment for my friend and record how much he gains in strength and weight. i need so help though on how to design a good diet...
should i do a full body workout or a split which would benefit an athlete more?

yes i was trying to do the wendlers 5/3/1 but 1 lift a day with some assistance work doesnt seem enough.
Alright, what kind of full body workout would you recommend, because right now im taking weight training in school and my teacher does a split and my body is not responding to well to that.
Monday: Bench press 3x5, Squat 3x5, Deadlift 3x5, OH press 3x5
Tuesday: rest/cardio

my first max ever was 95 jumped to about 150 in 3-4 months, the last year ive been stuck at 165 :( it slowed down alot
anyone know any good full body workouts, and would full body benefit you more than a split if your an athlete?

ive been benching from 135 to 145 for my workout and i cant go up from here ive fixed my diet, does anyone know any workouts that could help?
i take 2 scoops a protein shake and i take that about 2-3 times a day consisting of 80 grams of protein to 100 is that too much in whey protein?
