    Hey guys, normally my split looks like this:
    M-CHEST
    T-BACK
    W-OFF
    T-LEGS
    F-OFF
    S-BICEPS,TRIS, SHOULDERS
    S- OFF

    However, i missed my arms workout on saturday.
