Ate ~15000 Calories last week. That should have been another pound lost. Will most likely start a PSMF next week; chicken, cheese, and vegetables without counting (but around 1000 Calories daily).
Been fairly sick and went over last week by around a pound's worth probably. So definitely a set back but I also had my lowest weigh in at 197, so that's about 15 pounds down this year so far. ...
