I wouldnt. If you are hitting your musclses hard enougth with the weights then you should need the rest. I only use resistance bands at home to stretch out my rotator cuff that has been bothering...

4-5x a week with weights. Try to get stronger in the compound exercises, benchpress, bicep barbell curls, dumbbell press, etc.
2-3x a week of cardio. I run 2-4...

Flexing is overrated. You ever see a racing horse flex? I just warmup, no stretching or flexing....
What is your running pace? I try to keep everything at a 7 minute mile and under, also when I want to start cutting I add some sprints....
Nah, no problem. I do it all the time, you might even get stronger. The arms can take a beating....

Why use supplements? Just add some extra cardio and cut your calories....Don't try to take shortcuts but work on a permanet change in your habits.

Sounds like anxiety.......That could make your tired and low energy when you really aren't.
I would forget the bulk, just add some extra cardio and tighten up the diet and you will start burning off the fat. Might have to cut a couple lb's when the summer rolls around.
