Unless you're just really sensitive to spicy stuff, it shouldn't burn that bad. You just need to use the regular green jalapenos. Not habaneros or anything like that.

I have 3 Leathermans. Skeletool CX, Charge TTi, and Juice Xe6. They are all awesome.

Once you slice them on one side and take the seeds out, you can boil them for just a few minutes. Don't boil them too long though or they will get too soft and not stay closed when you try to fry...
