this might sound stupid. but what is the difference? just protien per scoop? does the isolate/concentrate really matter?

why i ask is because in cycle support that is the reccomended dosage..but on the back of my hawthrone berry bottle it says for every day health benefits take 1-2 caps 2-5 times daily. if it suggests...

if PH's and injectables gave the same results i would take injectables, it would be smarter.
its pretty strong stuff. if you're just getting one bottle i'd say 2 a night so it lasts 30 days
