Real quick workout. Hit my goal weights and went to hang out with a friend.
Strong! You probably have a 6 plate Pull.
Eh, I'm always gonna be a conventional Deadlifter. I just want to treat it as an assistance movement.
All moved pretty well. Didn't push the top sets too much, but got very close to rep PRs on the back down sets.
Deload day. Did some Deadlifts up to 315, some light Rows, GMs, mobility work.
Up to 15s5r205
Deloading my lower body until tomorrow, at which point I will hit a relatively light workout. Just been feeling trashed.

Small rep PR, I've done 11r405 but I wasn't gonna go nuts after what I just went through.
It's dropped a little bit recently, but hopefully I'll learn how to be strong AND lean!

Just didn't have anything in the lower body today after the PR earlier in the week and Log Pressing.

I dunno, I think it also depends on other things that you are doing in your training. For example I barely Squatted at all for about 3 months to focus on the DL, and I was doing that an average of...
