    On a caloric excess I would say it would be extremely hard. You will probably have to wait until your cutting cycle to get rid of that fat which is what it is for anyways.

    I do the same thing every once in a while, probably a bulging disk, there's just not a lot you can do except to stretch and try to take it easy on it. I still lift when it happens with pain killers...
